As an Archery Range Master at Haareke Ltd, you are the face of the range experience. You are responsible for keeping the range safe, welcoming, and running smoothly from the moment the doors open to the moment they close. This role is physical, people-facing, and fast-paced — no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and close the archery range each shift
  • Conduct safety briefings for every guest without exception
  • Monitor the range floor and enforce all safety protocols
  • Manage guest sign-ins, equipment handouts and returns
  • Inspect and maintain all bows, arrows and range equipment
  • Log any faults, incidents or near-misses immediately
  • Keep the range clean and presentable throughout every shift
  • Report daily to the Archery Manager

  • Confident, friendly, and professional with guests
  • Strong attention to detail — especially around safety
  • Reliable, punctual, able to follow instructions precisely
  • Physically active and comfortable on your feet all day
  • Archery experience is a plus — full training provided

Haar Studios is the creative production arm of Haareke Ltd. As our Videographer and Graphic Designer, you will produce high-quality video and visual content for our brand and clients — owning the visual output of every project from shoot day to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media and clients
  • Design branded graphics, reel covers, and promotional assets
  • Follow storyboards and creative briefs precisely
  • Manage, back up and file all footage and assets correctly
  • Deliver completed work on time and to the agreed standard
  • Attend and contribute to creative planning sessions
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on content
  • Flag delays proactively — before the deadline
What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Premiere, or similar
  • Skilled in Canva Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
  • Strong eye for composition, colour, and on-brand aesthetics
  • Excellent attention to detail in every deliverable
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Communicates clearly and honestly about capacity
  • Portfolio or work samples required at application

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You will manage and grow the digital presence of Haar Studios and our clients — planning content, writing copy, scheduling posts, and tracking performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content calendars for Haar Studios and client pages
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy for all platforms
  • Schedule and publish content at least 5 days in advance
  • Monitor engagement and manage community responses
  • Track performance and produce monthly client reports
  • Collaborate with the Videographer on content briefs
  • Stay on top of trends and bring timely content ideas
  • Maintain brand voice consistently across all channels
What We’re Looking For

  • Active presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Strong writing skills — clear, engaging, and on-brand
  • Experience with Later, Buffer, Meta Suite, or similar
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting page insights
  • Highly organised — able to juggle multiple client pages
  • Creative thinker who brings ideas, not just executes
  • Examples of managed pages required at application
